I purchased spinich and hybrid Burpee squash.
The hybrid squash produce a less blemished product and last longer. In addition they repel bugs! And most important they taste great! I plan to plant a straw grden this year. I'm starting with seed in cups and transplanting them into the straw bale. One of my friends did this last year and had his best tomatoes yet! Doug's Gardening web site http://www.beginner-gardening.com/straw-bale-gardening.html has several great tips for straw, not hay bale gardening.
Walgreens! I purchased dawn for $1.99- $1.00 coupon in flier -$.50 coupon from coupon book.
Final cost $.49
I also purchased a glade diffuser for $9.99-$4.00 glade coupon and $2.00 easy saver coupon $2.50 after coupons
I spent $4.50 and would have saved another $.45 if the Waldreens ad coupon worked correctly.
It would have been $4.05.
I should have used my $1.00 Register rewards to make it $3.05
Hindsight is 20/20!

Target Deals
Target
Tomorrow the Fayetteville Target is supposed to have free reusable bags again with the $2 coupon for the new GE energy saving light bulbs.
Target has great clearance items such as Pantine which can be combines with a coupon from last weeks paper to make pantine just over $1 each for shampoo and conditioner.
Walgreens
The new Walgreens on 412 E next to Harps has a few grand opening deals!
If you spend $10 you will get $3 off your purchase!

Last night I used the $3.50 coupon and the $.55 target coupon(http://www.target.com to save $4.05 on an equal to 5 pound bag of Splenda and 250 count packs Total cost=$9.93
Also if you combine the smaller coupon offers at Walgreens they will save $ as well.
Target has neosporin on clearance sale for $2.80-$1.00-$1.80
Target also has several great clearance racks- I purchased strawberry large marshmallows for under a buck.
Gum was on sale for under $.80
Canned peaches were just over a $1.00 for name brands- if you could combine it with a coupon it would be a great deal. I did not have a coupon in my stash.

The market pantry granola bars are on sale for $1.75-target register coupon =$1.25 each.
I also keep my register coupons. They print out when I use my target red card. I am also able to choose a school to donate my rewards in support of the school.
